The Roaring Donkey Bar, Cobh

Ticksgiving is a charity fundraiser started in 1997 and held every December in The Roaring Donkey. The fabulous Olga and Richie started Ticksgiving and they’ve raised over €100,000 to date, donating to different causes over the years. It’s a night of live music and mighty craic with customers donating Christmas presents to be distributed throughout the town to children in need. Money for local charities is raised through a raffle on the night and donations in the weeks leading up to the night.
